* A man with some pretty deep pockets was arrested Thursday for trespass at a housing development.
Marty Downs, 52, of Briarwood, was stopped and questioned by cops after he was found trespassing at the Queensbridge Houses on Vernon Boulevard near 40th Avenue in Long Island City shortly before 7 p.m.
Cops searched him and found $15,000 - all in $100 bills - in his pocket.
They also found a small stack of MetroCards and ATM cards, as well as three rocks of crack cocaine and a switchblade, police sources said.
He was charged with criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance and weapons possession.
