Kanye West Sued Over 'Good Life' By Maryland Artist

D'Mystro, a Maryland based songwriter/producer, has filed a lawsuit against Kanye West alleging that the Chicago bred rapper sampled his song without permission.
According to TMZ, D'Mystro (born Dayna Staggs) filed his lawsuit in Maryland District Court in recently and claims that Kanye never obtained proper clearance to sample his song called "Volume of Good Life".
Kanye's "Good Life" featured crooner T-Pain and was included in the rapper' latest album, Graduation.
In the suit, which also names Rocafella Records, D Mystro also claims that Kanye's Good Life uses vulgar and offensive images that harm the reputation of his song.
D' Mystro is seeking 85% of all world sales that uses his material.
Representatives from Kanyes camp did not return calls inquiring about the suit.
