Africa is said to be a place full of various mineral resources which are needed all over the world. Yet, every day we see and hear, via the media, of Africans maiming and killing each other with guns which they don't make. This leaves to wonder if this maiming and killing is a black thing or there is some anti-black force agitating such actions.
I am trying to paint a picture equating Jamaica with Africa because Jamaica is a tropical island with few minerals. It is inhabited by black people in the majority and I see and hear the Negroes killing and maiming themselves just the same way as our kindred in Africa, using guns we, too, don't make.
It's bleeding my heart thinking I am marked for death at the hands of another black brother or sister for just being me

Slavery still exist but on a mental level. Check this back in the days the house slaves never talk to that field slave, and is the same f**kery happening nowadays. Black people will prefer to hold their own race down in the trenches than to help each other rise to the top.

i mean its more like why people killing people. everywhere it happens, not everyone is dangerous, but you can just never know still. I feel blacks killing black in africa is senseless I cant imagine why it would take place but I know it does exists at the same time. Some things is out of our hands. The only thing we can do is set an example and just support one another you know.
