To me a big part of the problem is absentee fathers.  If a man is there for his youth he can show them right from wrong.

garrick it aint gona stop frm fathers are not present on their sons/daughters lives to guide then it will not stop.A boy needa his father to show him how to b a man A girl needs her mother to show her how to b a woman.Fathers need to b by their childrens sides to ensure they are on the right path.Nothing can be done at this present time .Work is to b provided is these youths.some are willing to work inno an guess wat sum youth u c on the corner everyday holding guns an killing millions some ah dem evn brighter than the flipping president politicans and priministers.Its jus that where ever they reside frm they at categorised by their addresses an so this is a major downfall and disappointment for the youths who seek jobs.So they turn to the easy way of life fast money and death.ONCE THEIR MOTO WAS I WANA B A DOCTOR WEN THEY REACH THE AGE TO WORK AND CANT GET A JOB THEIR MOTO IS ANYTHING AH ANYTHING SO THIS WONT STOP UNTIL FATHERS START BEING FATHERS MOTHERS START BEING MOTHERS.AND UNTIL JAMAICA IS BETTER THEN THE CRIME WONT STOP.

until we start deal with evryone on the same level then it will not stop. don't fite a yute cuz of him address or how he was raised. i've seen this discrimination happen time and time again also the youths need job opportunities as right now and even b4 when a yute leave high skool or worse college what is he gonna do?.....devil find work fi idle hands nex ting...the police force is tooooooo currupt, civilians caan trus the police and in fact fear them and to a greater extent hate them. we need to shape up that and then we'll c some improvements as from a man kno if him violate then d law a go deal wid him accordingly. and since we on that the whole justice system has to b improved. judges r too easily bought.

I gatta agree with those who gettin at the parents. The Family is the Main unit of society, regardless of how broken or shattered everyone is or was aprt of a family in one way or another. Learning begins at home, If all youth have the opportunity to have a proper family structure where their parents can grow them up in the right way, teaching them morals and values, and respect for the Father (Jah), then we would see improvements in all areas of society. cause children need love and aceptance and they learn what they live. If they feel loved by parents in the home then they would have o need to follow bad company lookin for love and acceptance. and if they have positive role models at home and in society; thet they would not have to follow di violence dat dem see pon TV or out a road. AS long as children recieve the love guidance and acceptance that are provided by a proper family structure, then societal concerns such as crime will be dramatically improved.

It nah go mek tings perfect but it helps. and dat applies to di world at large. cause as family decays so does society. If ah girl mom, dad, and grand parents ah teacher and dats all she know.... most likely she a go be a teacher. ask Kartel... But if yuh dadi ah bad man, an him deh a prison mostt likely if yuh mom nah work hard pon you you ah go be bad man too and might join yu dadi deh prison.. Vicious but tru cycle.
