One of three prisoners, who escaped from the Old Harbour Police lockup in St. Catherine on Wednesday February 13th, is again in police custody.
Twenty two year old Oneil Bailey reportedly turned himself in to the police.
Still on the run are William Lewis, 21, and Joseph Simpson, 25, of Old Harbour.
Mr. Bailey and Mr. Lewis are charged with shooting with intent and Mr. Simpson is on a charge of housebreaking.
Police sources told the RJR News Centre that it was discovered that the men were missing shortly after 5 o'clock Wednesday morning during routine checks of the cells.
