This is a question to the dj them. What is the best way to use your virtual dj on a laptop and run it through a system? System meaning.... not just a sound system cause that easy. Me a refer to the turn tables them. I saw this guy run from the computer and hook through a mixer to two small turn tables like when man a use cd. Hit me back.....bless

Sdot he was using specially coded records with a USB interface. You can use Serato or Final Scratch both of which come with mixing programs and turntable interface.

Sdot go to Utube and search for DJ equipment demos. In my opinion I approach each medium with a different mixing style. Most Cd scratching with the exception of Pioneer don't approach the accuracy of Vinyl. Not even the Denons I have tested. Most Dancehall is pressed on 45rpm format and is not produced and structured in a very Club DJ friendly format. Meaning that there is no beat intro, break or outro. Vinyl gives Dancehall DJs the best control for Juggle style mixing. So if you stuck with downloading free MP3s for a library spend the money you didn't have to spend on a library on equipment. EG Final Scratch or Serato both around $400USD. A very small price to pay become a DJ. Back in the day most soundman spend at least $200 to $500 a month on Wax and more if you were doing American parties. You young guys have it too easy.

There is also a less expensive alternative to Serato called Torq from M-audio has a ton of features, and is about half the price.
