I noticed on the flyer for Guiness/Digicel SPECTRUM that it will be kept at the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech). And im wondering if anyone here knows the real reason...i heard that 'the powers that be @ UWI, Mona dont want it to be held there this year..and if so...will it be held there again..? And also is still a Chancellor Hall event..or them sell it out.
