Couldn't say it better myself. Some acting as though the mods don't have a life outside MZJA. The mods are working people, students, they have their own families to care for etc. It isn't like some members on here who seem to have nothing to do but sit behind a computer 24/7 .

I have to agree with Gamepun and Jamwoman on a lot of the stuff that they have said. We all acknowledge that there needs to be consistency and rules in all forms of government and generally we, the people VOTE those members in and I think we should be able to vote them off too (and when). I also believe that generally people don't trust governments because we don't know exactly what goes on behind the scenes but know that they make their own rules and that is no exception here.
An ongoing poll count for the effectiveness of a mod would be justified. It would be an ongoing initiative for the mod to do a good job. It's like having a Job Review, they would be held accountable for their actions and how they interact.
I also think that there should be a public tracking method for deleted topics or posts and who deleted and why. Each time a mod deleted it should be mandatory for them to justify the legal "zone" law reason for the deletion (and quote it). They shouldn't be able to close a topic just because they were getting tired of it.
This isn't the first forum in the world and it certainly won't be the last but there are reasons why some are top rated and some are bottom of the barrel. Really where does the Zone want to be?

Like I said in the chatroom, I am a mother already and I've read every parenting book I could get my hands on because I believe in continuous education and improvement.
While my posts may sound emotional and personal, I'm emotional because a.) I'm a woman, and b.) I'm pregnant. Trust me it's not personal, it's rather entertaining and how on earth can I have financial gain from this? Please tell me cause like everybody else, I could use the money!!!
