After watching this topic to see the response and the behaviours of the members, the results are

In the case of "OUTANDBADINT" and "STAINLESS"

Outandbadint was trying to get his post ranks up, and as such decided to post in several outdated topics such as "Hits Riddim" saying a mere "oldies rock trust me". Also in several "Members Photo" topics saying "Members Big Up" and mostly in "Disscussion" topics, saying a simple, "yes" "no" "both". It is with this that Stainless and others such as RiddimQueen, JamaicaBwoy, DJ Moet, to name a few, inquired and voiced their displeasure in the situation. Nonetheless, the 208 idle posts have been removed and I am asking Outandbadint to refrain from doing such actions again.

The other issue, stemmed from the fact that Outandbadint and his lady friend were using the same account, but wasnt to the knowledge of anyone. Thus when one is viewing certain posts, the response was confusing as to why a "male" is supposedly responding like a "female" It was this confusion that brought up speculation that Outandbadint was probably gay. Nonetheless, without stopping to think, Stainless and other members started to call Outandbadnint "battyman" and "fish". In the end, the matter was cleared up when OutandBadint made them aware of the fact that his lady friend was using his account also.

Therefore, based on these findings, OutandBadint and Stainless are both guilty as to the manner in which they dealt with the situation. Both parties have moved on from this incident, and I do hope the rest of mediazoneja will do the same.

In the case of "DANEMARVALOUS" and "STAINLESS" This is just a display of stupidity, each party decides to throw mocking/teasing words at each other. It makes no sense if you are going to tease someone and when the person turns around and tease you, u cannot take it back. The results, if you cannot take name-calling then dont issue it on someone else. Name-calling is fun, but after a while, it gets lame and then offensive. Please ensure that the person you are having such "fun" with are on the same level enjoying the "fun"

In the case of "STING" and the rest of mediazoneja.com and "STAINLESS" There was a topic started by Sting about the age level on the site. Other members were voicing their opinions on the topic that stemmed from an incident where a certain member age was discovered. Stainless proceeded to voice his opinion on the matter, simply saying its rubbish to discuss this due to the fact that we cannot know the rightful age of a person. Stainless decided to place the topic in the "Rubbish Bin" and it was with this action that everyone started to voice their displeasure on the movement. This is a very tricky situation as this topic, has sprung many arguments before. However, it was not in a discussion topic, but rather a live display in the chatbox, thus evidence of this mishap was not stored and recorded. Stainless, being a senior member and having knowledge of the previous incidents, acted within that manner. However, I made the decision to delete the topic based on the arguments that had risen over that same topic.I will not disclose those horrible incidents that took place, as those members know themselves and have moved on. Some are still with us and active, some are still here but inactive, while others have completely disappeared. Nonetheless, it is a very sensitive topic that evidently in the past has presented displeasing outcomes. Everyone feels that they are mature enough to be on the site. Someone being 20 may think they are mature enough to be on the site, while someone who is 40 will consider them to be a child. And I have come to realise that some people are greatly affected when being called a "kid" or "young". The results, the topic was started over a particular member age, which was offensive to the person. If it was a case where the topic was started out of mere innocence, then it would hide under the radar, and removed without complications. In the end, I can see where everyone was angry about the movement of the topic without proper explanation. I have provided the explanation and sincerely hope that you all will now realise the reason for Stainless actions and able to move on from here. It is unfortunate however that one member was lost during this process and several others became inactive, but communication is the key and if there is any issue, please send me a PM, so that the matter can be solved amicably. THANK YOU ALL

I now hope that everyone will now put all of this behind them, and move on as the family that we were before. Let us build back the reputation that we once had of being a friendly environment for each and everyone, young or old and move forward to enhance mediazoneja's image. Regards ADMIN
