but pun its about him... and pun chrome bought the riddim from steven...and then sell the entire collection to vp......so then vp controls everything....therefore chrome controls the masters of the riddim.......

no pun dancehall can never die.......no 1 man is bigger than the music.......no 1 can hold dancehall at ransom.......steven and kartel really clicked......but probly steven is just having riddim making blocked at the moment......more riddim makers will come...and more talented djs will come out (hope so) there will soon be a change to this crab inna barel thing

Thats exactly what im saying if he was the big producer that every1 claim he was. where is the finesse the big smashers that dominated dance hall wen vybz kartel was in his camp
im not his name sake not the riddims he produce. he has talent thats a fact but by himself where does he stand

pun the riddim is the first thing i listened to.........and to tell u the truth....i think they all using fruity loops to make riddims.......there is no substance in the music......and if only steven's riddim or kartel and vado singles are saving dancehall...then where else wud u look??? i wud look at the other producers.......oh and about 1 day riddim.... u r right about 1 day being the only other riddim to have about 5 or more hit songs......but im optimistic........well hopefully nexx year me and my frens will try and bring sumting new to dance hall

all of his riddims are solid and way above average (compared to the hundreds of garbage riddims, which came out this year, go check the post with the 500+ rdms for 2010). even if he didnt make the #1 riddim for the yr (what he did though imo), all of his riddims where good enough to play and listen, which barely one other producer can claim. personally im not missing kartel on big ship riddims, cause i stopped listening to him more or less since he stopped deejaying, but saying that stephen would depend on kartel is just ridiculous. and apart from the riddims stephen produced so many outstanding singles for mavado, busy, chino, aidonia that just these alone would make him the best producer atm imo.
