In order to improve the aesthetics of the board and improve the flow...we are implementing the following:

1.  If a signature is over sized and disrupting the forum moderators have the right to remove them.


2.  If you are displaying promotional signatures please remove them and display them in the promotions forum or where appropiate.

3. Only one signature per member will be accepted.


Basically the length of the signatures is limited to 255 but members are exceeding  and linking images which overrides this internally set limit...


In allowing some leeway...we are asking all members to only post dimensions of images in signatures at 500x200 to keep the zone in check.

We have been reviewing all Mods statuses on zone over the past few weeks. As you are all aware some unfairness has been going on with the mods and members so all inactive mods will be removed and replaced with new ones .. Mods demoted to date are : BlackBeatz Mr G Bless

Hey Zoners, I dont know if most of you were here on St. Patricks day for MDot's show...BEAR MADNESS! Some of the topics were: if yu ketch yu best friend a sawt out yu girl ...man a beat woman if woman win lotto ...all sawt a mix up We need topics...so post any topic that you would like to hear people call in and talk about and maybe it will make it to the show... Thank youu!

Members will observe that the board no longer "jumps" or jumps as much as the size of each cell in the chat is no longer resizing to accomodate text and emotes (large emotes are being auto resized).

We have not been made aware of all the changes yet but at a first glance it would appear that members who had a problem with the site jumping all over the place should be happy...

As usual, feedback welcome!

We have totally revamped the old radio site and have a brand new spanking one at the url http://radio.mediazoneja.com.

As you will see the new site was designed around our DJs and specically aimed at raising their profiles with professionally done promotional pics and profiles.

While you browse check out our clash pages and features::...I dont think it would be a stretch to say we are miles ahead of any other radio site on the net...

We still have some housekeeping to do but feel free to bring any bugs or odd behaviour to our attention...

The "on board" radio is not set to "auto-start", thus, you will have to "click to play".
Additionally, it is set to "auto rewind", thus, it will not play and "stick" as the "off board" player does.

You should be able to see the Dj name above(Firefox) or below(I.E.) the player. So hopefully you all can stop asking ''who is playing."

We have been looking at the members who have VIP access.

we have noticed that some members are not contributing in there or some members dont even come on to the site no more. so we will be reviewing these accounts and will be taking away those rights and consider loyal users to gain access.

Members that have Vip status will be notified of any changes with there settings

As you all should know, the radio has been down for a while. We are now moving to a new streaming provider, Shoutcast. You should hear betterquality audio with the new radio system. The radio will be up as soon as possible.

I'm currently looking for someone who can sub for me on a movie night if i'm not here to do it my self, you need to have a highspeed internet capable or streaming directly to the web without a problem and must have some basic knowlege of TorrentIng i will proved a invite to torrentleech(were you'll be able to get all the movies) and i'll show you how to do streaming, if you think your up to it send me a pm 

Members will see that some changes have been made to the forums. Nothing has been deleted...we have simply consolidated a few and added some to ensure topics are properly grouped...

If there are things that could still be better organised...pls let us know...

As of now all emos that belong to regular members will be taken down from off MZJA mainly because of the uproar made by those who did not have one, and the site doesn't have the bandwidth to give everyone a emo so as from know if your not a Moderator or DJ don't expect to have or get one.
