 Chris Brown headed for family court, where his baby mama is now in danger of raking in a lot less in child support because of her big mouth.

Sources connected with Brown tell TMZ ... the singer didn't know he was the father of 9-month-old Royalty until last month, when Nia Guzman dropped the news. We're told Chris quickly made a deal with her where he would pay monthly child support.  

Our sources say Chris is forking out substantially more than he'd be required to pay if a judge ordered formal child support. There's a scale on how much a parent pays, based largely on income. We're told Chris upped that amount and in return demanded that she keep her lips sealed.

We know Chris now believes Nia has been leaking stories and talking about their relationship. As a result, our sources say his lawyers are now preparing legal docs, in which he will ask a judge for an order requiring him to pay child support. It sounds strange, but he'll pay less than he does now.

On Tuesday the news broke that Brown had fathered a child with friend Nia Amey who named their now nine-month-old daughter Royalty.

It was undoubtedly a stunning blow for Tran who had been dating the singer on and off for several years and who'd discussed starting a family with him.

According to TMZ the story surrounding Chris Brown and his daughter continues to unfold: 

 Chris Brown's baby is named Royalty. As Gossip reported, Brown is dad to a nine-month-old baby girl he fathered with model Nia Gonzalez. Brown only found out about his paternity recently, but reportedly is stepping up to play an active role in the childs life.

According to TMZ, Brown plans to support Royalty financially. And while Gonzalez and the baby are based in Texas, the singer will reportedly fly to see them regularly so they can co-parent. Brown is said to be in regular touch with Gonzalez since the bombshell news broke earlier this week.

The babys name seems to give credence to a mans claim that he was duped into believing he was the childs real father. ARMZ House Records is making waves with the single Rail Up. The groovy, dance jam performed by deejay G Starr and singer Nefatari is creating a huge buzz not only on the local airwaves, but also in parts of the United States, including Miami and the New York tri-state.

Both artistes are quite upbeat about the response to the song.

"We were in the studio and we discussed doing a track. We decided to do it once we had the riddim," G Starr told Splash.

"The feedback has been awesome. Its buzzing in New York and its being played at a lot of parties. Waggy T at 99 Jamz in Miami is playing it, there's also 101.1 FM in Miami giving support. There's also a good buzz on the track in Jamaica. We're grateful for the support," said Nefatari.

Nefatari is a former background singer for pop star and actress Lindsay Lohan and singer Emma 'Baby Spice' Bunton, formerly of the British pop act the Spice Girls.

The New York-based Nefatari has been doing music professionally for seven years. Her family is from Spanish Town, and she travels between Jamaica and the United States.

"The musical journey for me has been challenging but I have learnt a lot from it. I have made a lot of progress and I have also recorded on some of the biggest dancehall riddims," she explained.

Last year, she won the Most Promising Female Artiste award at New York's Underground Music Awards.

Her biggest single so far has been Want Him on the Pay Day Music label's Gangsta Beat riddim.

G Starr is originally from Old Harbour in St Catherine. Now based in New York for the past 17 years, he has been doing music since he was a teenager.

"I was influenced a lot as a youngster by the sound system culture," he recalled.

Singer I'Candy has teamed with dancehall artiste Assassin aka Agent Sasco for the single Bombshell. It is the first single from her upcoming EP.

Bombshell is produced by Matthew 'Esco' Thompson for Starstruck Records.

"Bombshell is just a taste of what is in store when the EP is released. The idea for the song came about in a time when there is so much emphasis on the 'booty' and it being very well proportioned in size. This is a song for women of all shapes and sizes to celebrate their bodies and 'bums'," said I'Candy.

She wants the public to be the judge of the single, and based on the response a video may be in the works.

Last year, I'Candy received rave reviews for a single Hot Gal Anthem and accompanying video.

A woman has filed a suit against Bill Cosby, claiming that he gave her alcohol, took her to the Playboy Mansion and sexually molested her when she was a teenager in the 1970s.

In the suit, filed Tuesday in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles, Judy Huth of Riverside, Calif., alleges that in 1974, when she was 15, she and a friend, who was 16 at the time, met Cosby where a movie was being filmed in Los Angeles.

According to the suit, he allegedly invited them to meet him at his tennis club the following Saturday. When they arrived, Cosby allegedly brought them to a house, where he gave them alcohol.

He allegedly then took them to the Playboy Mansion, where, in a bedroom suite, he "proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants and taking her hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent," the suit says.

"This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for [Huth] that has caused significant problems throughout her life," the suit says.

The suit seeks unspecified compensatory, punitive and exemplary damages.

As Harrison Ford's vintage plane went down shortly after taking off from the Santa Monica Airport Thursday, it landed on Penmar Golf Course in a densely populated area of Los Angeles. 

And a lot of people got a glimpse of the movie star pilot's aircraft and what Christian Fry, vice president of the Santa Monica Airport Association, called his "beautifully forced landing." 

"It's not a crash," Fry tells PEOPLE. "It appears that they had some sort of engine trouble during takeoff, which happens from time to time with airplane, but when that occurs, the beauty of Santa Monica Airport is we have the golf course, which runs parallel to our main runway. So, engine trouble, he appeared to have made a turn back towards the airport and didn't have enough speed to make it to the runway, so he made a beautifully executed forced landing here at the golf course, so really just a great job by a very well-trained pilot."

Ford, 72 who is "battered, but OK," according to a Tweet from his son Ben  is an experienced pilot and has had close calls before. His six-passenger plane took a hard landing in Lincoln, Nebraska, in the summer of 2000, and he crash-landed a helicopter in October 1999 while he was practicing emergency landings with a flight instructor.

 Singer Sean Paul has been popped on drug charges at -- where else? -- a reggae concert in Sweden this weekend. Swedish cops tell us Paul was brought from the huge Uppsala Reggae Festival to a local police station on suspicion of possessing narcotics. Two teenage boys have been arrested after a girl from Alabama was fatally shot during a fight that kicked off on Facebook over the weekend

Kierra'onna Rice, 14, was reportedly involved in a scuffle with a group of girls who according to her mother- had been bullying her on Facebook.

Kierra'onna and the girls decided to meet at the park on Friday (Fed 27) to fight face to face, where the fight would be videotaped and post online

During the fight two boys, 17 and 19, fired several rounds at the 14 year old.

She was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead. Two others were also injured, but their identities have yet to be released.

Police believed that of the boy, was the boyfriend of one of the girl who fought Kierra'onna.

The victim family, who say they were just recently helping Kierra'onna to find a dress for her spring ball, are struggling to cope with the loss.

Happy Birthday Bobbi, Bobbi Kristina fights for her life as she turns 22. Her boyfriend tweeted his well-wishes to her on Wednesday March 4.

 Jian Feng sued his wife for giving birth to what he called an "incredibly ugly" girl.

Initially Jian accused his wife of infidelity, because he knew he could never be the father for such an unattractive child. However DNA test prove the child was indeed his. Feng's wife then came clean and admitted she had about $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery done in North Korea before they met.

Feng sued his wife on grounds of false pretenses, for not telling him the truth about the plastic surgery, and duping him to believing  that she was beautiful. A judge agreed with Feng's argument and ordered his wife to fork out $120,000. 

Bobbi Kristina suffered setback this week when doctors attempted to bring her out a coma, causing her to suffer seizures 

Although  she is now back in the coma, a medical expert, who has not treated Bobbi Kristina, tells people that isn't bad news for Bobbi Kristina.

The Neurologist for the general hospital said," Seizures indicate that the patient is not brain dead. There has to be some brain activity".

The doctors added patients are sedated- put in a medical induced coma- because doctors  want the brain to have to do as little as possible. This way the brain can heal". 

As Bobbi Kristina lies in a hospital bed at Ebony hospital, her extended family is reportedly filming a reality show.

TMZ first reported the news of the reality show, and a lawyer of her father told gossip site. Bobby Brown will not appear in the series. Bobby Brown's sisters, brother and their kids are at the center of the show.

According to TMZ, the series has not been filmed inside the hospital, but the family involves regularly allow camera to capture them discussing Bobbi Kristina.

A source close to the situation slams the Browns family members who are involved in the alleged show.

A very rich married man was having an affair with an Italian woman, one night she confirm that she was pregnant.

The man not wanting to ruin his reputation or his marriage, told the Italian woman he would pay her a large sum of money if she would go to Italy and secretly have the child, he would also provide child support until the child turned 18.

Here's a pair of twins no one will have trouble telling apart: One is white, and one is black.

Thanks to a rare quirk of nature, Lucy is alabaster skinned redhead, and Maria has their part-Jamaican mother's dark skin and hair.

The girls were born to a white father and a biracial mother in 1997. No one ever believes we are twins".

Even when we dress alike, we still don't look like sisters, let alone twins". Maria said they've been told the chances of such an occurrence are " one in a million". No matter the odds the sisters say they are happy with how they look.

 Maria loves telling people at college she has a white twin and am proud of having a black twin Lucy said,

All four babies- three girls and one boy-were safely delivered. But Erica went into hypovolemic shock, an emergency condition were one experience a severe amount of *la*hd loss. She died at 1:50 a.m. on January 16 before she even had a chance to hold her newborns in her arms

For months, rumors the actor has been romancing the pop star has been blowing. The party was held at a private home in Beverly Hills.

The party, which raged on until the wee hours of the morning was actually the perfect settings for source to analyze  Rihanna and DiCaprio's body language.
